OVERVIEW

The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Greeting and directing visitors
    • Answering and directing phone calls
    • Administrative tasks as directed

 SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong phone skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Discretion handling confidential information; discernment
    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
    • Familiarity with office machines (copier, postage machine, etc.)
    • Fluency in Spanish is highly valued and will be a strong asset for the role

JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Personal and growing relationship with Jesus
    • Strong understanding of the mission of Mission Church
    • Must be a member of Mission Church or become a member upon employment and participate in a small group
    • Adhere to Mission Church’s Gospel & Discipleship statement
    • Must be able to work 12 pm-5 pm Tuesday through Friday
    • Over 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
    • Ability to routinely carry, lift, and move at least 30 lbs.
