OVERVIEW

This position serves with the Executive Pastor of Ministry to provide leadership, direction, and morale in the areas of hospitality and assimilation.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are loved: This individual’s goal is to ensure a welcoming atmosphere that shows each individual visiting Mission Church that we have prepared for them and love them. This will include recruiting, training, and leading a team that cares deeply about first impressions and serving our guests at Mission Church.
  • You are sent: The other portion of your time will be to help connect people to Mission Church, so they can live sent. It will be paramount to guide guests to connect through the membership process, small groups & serving teams.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Personal and growing relationship with Jesus
  • Strong understanding of the mission of Mission Church
  • Member of Mission Church or become a member upon employment, along with participation in a small group
  • Adhere to Mission Church’s Gospel & Discipleship statement
  • Over 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to routinely carry, lift, and move at least 30 lbs.
